![]() for TF2, modders were generally welcomed and community content has been released by Valve so everyone can enjoy it without installing stuff. Valve has the same thing going on with their community. Modders and the community can react either positively or negatively about it. * It's been interesting to watch as games like WoW, for example, take ideas from the mod-making community and their next versions of the UI often incorporate some of those features. Did they approach you and ask if they could put your feature directly in the game? Did they use your content directly or rewrite it as some native thing not using the mod system? Nice! Can you tell us how it happened? This is one of the things I find really intriguing* about the game community.
